To use Rootled, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

Rootled is a sacred space for genuine spiritual formation. By using the app, you agree to engage with honesty, respect, and in a manner consistent with Christ-centered values.

You agree not to use the platform to distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

All content within Rootled — including but not limited to journey curricula, devotionals, design, typography, and audio — is the intellectual property of Rootled and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your personal reflections remain your own property at all times.

Rootled is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Rootled is not a substitute for professional counselling, pastoral care, or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rootled and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we will process any data deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
